A mix of new construction, additions, and renovations to existing Athletics and Recreation building. A new second floor structure was added over the existing locker/change room area and lobby, to create multipurpose and exercise rooms. An elevator was added, along with stairwells to the North, South, and West of the building. The existing aerobics and weight rooms were renovated to create Varsity Locker rooms, and existing squash courts were renovated to create Visitor Locker rooms. The HVAC systems was replaced within and outside the renovated areas.
