This project involved the renovation of two existing buildings for the School of Architecture. The renovations to the Marketplace building consisted of replacing all windows, repair to the building exterior, installation of new siding, and a new entrance. This building houses up to 140 students. The renovations to the Telegraph building included new windows, brick cleaning/restoration, installation of new concrete pilasters, a new entrance, and renovation to the 1st and 2nd floors to create classrooms, administration, and offices for faculty. Renovations also included electrical and mechanical upgrades, all site services, grading, and landscaping related to the site.
